We take pride in being a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter based in Mumbai, India, offering a specialized product – the Ultrasonic PCB Cleaner. Adapt for cleaning electronic PCBs and circuit components, this cleaner is designed to efficiently remove dust, water, or any unwanted materials from the circuitry. Our Ultrasonic PCB Cleaner in India is not only safe for electrical components but also boasts a rapid cleaning action. It is microprocessor-controlled, reflecting cutting-edge technology, and is proudly designed and manufactured in India, adhering to the highest industrial standards.
Through cleaning of PCBs after soldering always has been crucial to reliability of the finished product. Flux residue from the soldering process previously had been removed by rubbing the cleaning solution with the help of brush. We have developed PCB Ultrasonic Cleaner for successful cleaning of through hole or SMD PCBs. Ultrasonic PCB Cleaning minimizes the use of hand and mechanical brushing in order to remove oxides from the printed circuits.
Small bath capacities from 2 to 20 litres are used for PCB , watch , jewellery , surgical instruments and small parts of industries. These machines have Digital timer range 0 -99 and digital temperature controller range of ambient temperature to 80 degree C. bath and body material of construction is stainless steel. Wide range of frequency 25 khz, 33 khz , 40 khz
Ultrasonic Frequency refers to frequencies beyond the range of human hearing. In the case of our ultrasonic systems, we take a standard frequency of 50 Hz and convert it into a much higher ultrasonic frequency. Transducers, affixed to the tank's bottom or side, play a crucial role in this conversion, transforming the frequency into mechanical energy.
As the high-frequency ultrasound travels through the liquid, it generates alternating high and low-pressure zones. During the low-pressure phase, tiny bubbles form in a vacuum-like environment. These minuscule bubbles undergo compression and eventually collapse and burst. This phenomenon is known as "Cavitation." The process of cavitation is what makes our ultrasonic cleaning systems so effective in tackling various cleaning challenges.
Collapse or implode of the cavities releases tremendous energy and produces an intense scrubbing action on immersing the Ultrasonic PCB Cleaners in the liquid, for cleaning. The scrubbing action created by cavitation dislodges particulates matter from the PCB surface. Indeed, the effect of cavitation in our ultrasonic cleaning systems is akin to millions of microscopic bombs going off. This controlled explosion dislodges flux particles from the PCB without causing any harm to its surface. Importantly, cavitation is not confined to a specific area; it permeates the entire liquid-filled tank. This characteristic makes ultrasonic PCB cleaners exceptionally effective, especially when dealing with complex part geometries and small workpiece features.
